To access the Ascender Employee Portal

The Employee Portal contains all of your personal information, including pay and leave. If you have been locked out, please contact Miranda Cox or Tiffany Bristow to reset you. They will delete your account and you will start over from the beginning setting up the account.

1. You will need your employee number. It is a 6-digit number. If you do not know your number, contact Tiffany or Miranda. 2.  Make sure to use the zip code we have on file for you. If you are a new hire and have moved, this zip code will be what you put on your application unless you have updated your address with Tiffany. Then click Next.

3. Set up your username and password.

4. Set up a security question and answer and click next.

Accept the terms and hit next.

Once inside Employee Portal, you can check your leave balances.

You can check pay information by clicking the arrow to drop down the Inquiry Menu.
